Minders, a venture builder focused on developing products within the Telegram ecosystem, has announced the acquisition of Dise, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed specifically for Telegram-based business operations.

Founded in 2024, Dise addressed a critical gap in the sales infrastructure of crypto-native organizations—the isolation from the traditional sales ops stack. The market that processed billions of dollars and connected thousands of companies has operated exclusively via Telegram group chats and manual processes.

Dise introduced the first CRM natively integrated with Telegram, offering structured deal tracking via stages and pipelines, team-wide collaboration and task management, analytics, outreach, a conference mode for in-person prospecting, AI features, and more, without sacrificing the existing Telegram functionality. The product quickly gained traction and user affection, with users from organizations including Adidas, TON Foundation, Polygon, a16z Crypto, and MEXC. One user summed up his excitement as: “It’s definitely a tool built by BDs for BDs.”

Minders, founded in 2024, is a venture builder in the Telegram and TON ecosystem. Combining popular mini app products like TADS (an advertising network for Telegram mini apps), CatchUP (a Telegram-based meeting scheduler), Telesend (a powerful messaging automation platform), and others, they cover a cumulative audience of 450M+ users.

As part of the deal, Dise CRM becomes part of the Minders studio portfolio – not for ownership, but for development. The decision to integrate Dise is strategic: it fills the missing layer in the Minders ecosystem – a native CRM inside Telegram. Following audience discovery (Toogle), analysis (Inflexo), and messaging automation (Telesend, Catchup), Dise enables full-cycle client management directly in the messenger. It naturally extends the stack, reinforcing Telegram as a standalone business platform.

“Dise has demonstrated a clear understanding of the needs of crypto-focused sales teams. We are excited to bring their expertise and product into Minders to further strengthen our ecosystem.”—Pavel Osokin, CEO of Minders.

Oleksii Sidorov, CEO of Dise, expanded on the journey: “Our mission was to make Telegram-based sales as structured and trackable as any other sales process. We faced this issue ourselves and knew that we would be the best people to solve it. I’m proud of what we achieved with the team and how far we got without raising outside capital. Joining Minders enables us to take our vision of a “next-gen CRM for a post-email era” a step further, and will help scale it to the next million businesses.”

Minders will continue to support Dise as a standalone solution, prioritizing its transformation into a modular, flexible infrastructure layer – powered by Minders’ products like Inflexo, CatchUp, and others. This architecture will allow teams to deploy and adapt their own workflows using Telegram-native tools. The original founding team will continue to work independently on a new AI-native product, Slice & Dice, doing AI product analytics through analysis of user prompts.

This acquisition marks a step forward in building a professional-grade sales infrastructure for businesses operating on Telegram.
